A tractor-trailer pull-in is available at the mailboxes. Look for the huge American flag on the barn.
From Asheville, North Carolina
- TaKe I-26 toward Weaverville.
- Continue on I-26 into Tennessee.
- Take Exit #50, Flag Pond Rd.
- Turn left at Higgins Creed Rd.
- Go 1/4 mile and turn right at T-intersection onto old Hwy 23.
- Go almost 2 miles and turn left at TN-352.
- Go 4.5 miles to NC line and the road becomes Hwy 212.
- The farm is 1/2 mile from here. You will begin to see Christmas trees near the turn in at the 2 mailboxes.
From Johnson City, Tennessee, on I-26 East
- Take Exit #43, Temple Hill Rd.
- Turn left and go under the overpass.
- Drive a few yards to stop sign and turn right onto Hwy 19W to Hwy 352.
- On Hwy 352, travel approximately 5 miles to where Hwy 352 turns right. (There is an old abandoned building on the right at the turn.)
- Continuing on Hwy 352, go 4.5 miles to the NC line where the road becomes Hwy 212.
- The farm is 1/2 mile from here. You will begin to see Christmas Trees near the turn in at the 2 mailboxes.
From Greeneville, Tennessee
- Take Asheville Hwy/TN-107/TN-70.
- Continue to follow Asheville Hwy/TN 70 to NC line.
- Entering North Carolina the road becomes Hwy 208.
- Continue on NC 208 to the bottom of the mountain.
- At an intersection continue straight onto Hwy 212.
- Continue on NC 212 for 13.6 miles to the turn in at the 2 mailboxes.
From Knoxville, Tennessee
- Take I-40 east toward Asheville, NC.
- At Newport, TN, take Hwy 25-70 to Hot Springs, NC.
- Past Hot Springs go 5-6 miles to a T-intersection and turn left onto Hwy. 208.
- Go 3 miles to another T-intersection and turn right onto Hwy 212.
- Go 13.6 miles and take a left across from 2 mailboxes.
